Mikkyo & Zen Meditation open sessions are held at Saratoga, San Jose, Plesanton, South San Francisco, and Marin. Through the practice of Mikkyo Zen, students will seek how best to live in the present moment with less stress and less manifestations of the "Three Poisons (Anger, Craving and Whinging)," which in turn cause all suffering. Lectures and discussions will focus on the basic tenets of Buddhism and will be taught through the guidance of an ordained monk. Students are provided a spiritual journey of understanding where we stand in this universe, and tips how we can become enlightened during this lifetime.
